CRM Data & Integration Manager #479

We are currently recruiting for a CRM Data & Integration Manager for our client in the Washington, DC metro area.  This is a high profile technology services provider and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting on the development, integration and maintenance of the internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.  Must be extremely knowledgeable on workflows, configurations, customization development and plugins. The candidate must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage and prioritize tasks based on changing business priorities. The ideal candidate will partner with the organization’s IT team and functional groups across all LOB’s to deliver technology solutions that track business metrics, generate insight, and drive accountability.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business objectives
  • Manage multiple project initiatives simultaneously, from inception to end
  • Maintain relationships with both the functional leads across all LOBs and Corporate IT application leads
  • Work closely with leadership, Corporate Finance and Corporate IT to define requirements and develop integration with Finance enterprise systems such as Hyperion and SAP
  • Ensure a harmonious integration of processes and tools for the organization
  • Collaborate with internal clients and external third parties to assess current systems and determine business needs and design functional requirements for a new MS Dynamics cloud-based CRM
  • Manage external third-party vendors and sub-contractors, including establishing/maintaining relationships, requesting/evaluating quotes, reviewing/negotiating contracts, and tracking/reporting performance
  • Ensure billing and invoicing accuracy, and document and follow-up on disputes as needed
  • Design and monitor dashboards and processes to continuously monitor CRM data quality, reliability and integrity
  • Plan, track, and delegate responsibilities and allocate resources for projects to ensure timely and on-budget execution
  • Perform and document custom solution design, testing, installation, implementation, configuration, and end-user training
  • Develop and manage a team of CRM Specialists
  • Manage user onboarding, training, assimilation and system adoption by identifying training needs, usage concerns, and working groups to share tips and techniques
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, configurations and controls as the platform evolves
  • Identify and recommend cost-saving technologies and processes to support and optimize current and future operations
Education and/or Experience:    
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Microsoft certifications desired
  • 8+ years of business analysis and project management experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing and supporting full life-cycle Microsoft Dynamics CRM design, implementations, and configurations
  • Experience with data migrations into Dynamics CRM or other business applications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills driven by a logical, methodical approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Understanding of Hyperion Financials reporting tools and SAP system

  • Must be open to regional travel as required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any additional government clearances as required for a variety of projects
