Sr. Project Manager - Web Content Management
Contract:
 18-24months
Location: Remote, USA until COVID requires in-office – Austin, TX

Our healthcare client, is in need of a Sr. Project Manager for an long-term contract assignment to lead the redesign and delivery of a new Web Content Management System (WCMS) and will work closely with the organization’s Web Services/Communications area to assist with the implementation.
  
**This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new project rollout.  The position offers a solid compensation package with some additional advancement/extension opportunities into other departments if interested.
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field
  • PMP certification preferred
  • At least 8+ years of experience working as an IT Project Manager (preferably in Healthcare Web Design and Analytics)
  • Either CISSP, CISM or CISA desired
  • Skilled in user-experience for websites including conducting and reporting on usability performance using expert assessment, user tests, analytics, and validation tools
  • Experience managing projects using Key Performance Indicators, Earned Value Management, Schedule Performance Index, Cost Performance Index, Critical Path Analysis, and development of Work Breakdown Structures
  • Experience producing documents for processes and use of software systems
  • Excellent experience with IT SDLC processes and on Agile Projects

Daily Duties and Deliverables:
  • Website Assessment Discovery (determine all communication and technology requirements)
  • Content Management Software Recommendations
  • Work with and manage selected vendors in procurement process
  • Finalize recommendations and provide process/procedures for implementation
  • Lead the team through implementation of WCMS
  • Ensure final security testing and verification
  • Schedule/implement appropriate training for users
  • Develop and submit SOW to potential vendors for the Website Design, Development and Implementation
  • Provide a customer support for maintenance, licensing, additional training and ongoing reviews
  • Ensure proper schedules set for redesign of the website with the development team
  • Apply strong project management principles to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and closeout reports
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and status reporting
  • Ensure resources are available for project assignments to facilitate timely completion of project tasks and timelines
  • Provide detailed reports to all necessary stakeholders - communications, IT, accessibility, security, privacy
  • Provide ongoing support for audits, risk analyses, and compliance on a regular basis
