Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) Business Analyst
Contract To Hire: 12 – 24 months + potential for extension or conversion to full time
Location: REMOTE, Texas
***The primary work location will be REMOTE  for this role but the candidate should be in Texas to be able to return or easily travel to Austin, TX after Covid safety protocols are met**

  • BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field
  • 4+ years of combined experience working as a systems analyst, developer analyst, developer, business analyst, or similar role
  • Experience with software development projects and/or processes (including software requirements and software testing)
  • Experience developing and supporting Dynamics CRM 365 or similar CRM to include workflow customization, user administration, business rules, process workflows, reports, and dashboards
  • Experience with solution architecture capabilities to include knowledge with assessing system interdependencies and determining implementation approach
  • Experience documenting system workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Additional experience in Microsoft Visio, SharePoint Online, Jira Software, Git, Bitbucket is highly desirable
Daily Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, develop and test new or existing procedures, objects, and workflows in program software for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Interpret, design, modify, and implement new or revised system enhancements
  • Provide technical assistance and support for troubleshooting applications and software problems
  • Analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on existing systems and processes (implement procedures, standards, tools, and techniques)
  • Work in the development and maintenance of complex Excel spreadsheets, reporting and/or other data tracking tools
  • Assist in the administration of security and roles in information systems
  • Assist in the training of internal and external customers or peers as required
