Financial Systems Analyst (PeopleSoft) Contract: 12 months + potential extension Location: Austin, Texas ***The primary work location will require candidates to be local to the Austin area and will be on a hybrid schedule.
Qualifications/Requirements:
BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field
8+ years of combined experience
Peoplesoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
Must have had experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner with active involvement in complex implementations and upgrades
Experience with gathering requirements, conducting testing, training, documentation
Experience working with Peoplesoft 9.2 image upgrade
Excellent experience with IT SDLC processes and on Agile Projects
Strong background managing project teams through implementations

Responsibilities:
Provide systems analysis & design input into technical projects to address business requirements under the broad guidance of the IT Applications Manager, IT Director, and agency management
Systems Analyst/Business Analyst/Product Owner duties that include analysis of current system and gather requirements for configuration and system modifications
Perform fit-gap analysis, develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams required to build technical requirements
Work with business teams to coordinate UAT, end user training, support, and user communication as necessary
Work with technical team coordinating code releases
Develop technical documentation of business system processes
On-call support may be required during releases
