Telecom Implementation Manager
Contract: 12-18 months

Education/Certifications/Licensure/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of wireless construction and management experience
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience managing project teams through implementations
  • Must have good knowledge in workers safety and work environment safety
  • Must have strong communication and client interfacing skills
  • Must possess excellent data management skills (excel and other tracking software)
  • Knowledge of AXE based equipment, 3G UMTS, Power Distribution Units
  • Understanding of Core and RAN network connectivity
  • **Must be able to pass pre-employment verification requirements for background, DMV & drug test
 
We are looking for a Telecom Implementation Manager for a long term project with one of our clients in the Orlando, FL market.  The Implementation Manager will be responsible for all aspects of construction,  conducting independent research and providing on-site management.  This is an “in market” role and must be physically in market with the ability to tend to construction sites. The initial contract length is 12-18 months.
 
Responsibilities/Daily Duties
The Implementation Manager is responsible for duties that may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Perform site visits to inspect and observe that a wireless construction project is progressing according to the implementation scheduled plans and specifications of the project
  • Prepare daily reports and interval progress reports along with progress photos and record documentation
  • Coordinate Equipment deployment with Service Providers and any other disciplines that interface with the Customer Network facilities, central office or Cell site properties and access with good tracking
  • Oversee Service Delivery projects from conception to completion
  • Attend customer meetings outlining process/procedure requirements directly related to the construction management project
  • Provide guidance to Construction Managers regarding efficient management of workload
  • Support site development services through A&E drawing review, approval, implementation and closeout activities
  • Implement changes as necessary to ensure timely project completion and ensure quality of service standards
  • Ensure all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy
  • Ensure accurate and complete files are maintained for projects and appropriate closeout documents are distributed in a timely manner in accordance with corporate and customer standards
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s safety program and track monthly safety training
