Sr. Customer Experience Analytics Specialist
Location: Midwest (REMOTE USA) **preferably located in the Midwest region for easy travel

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business/Marketing, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Continuing education in a Marketing, Business or Analytics related field strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of hands on experience in CX, VoC, B2B, B2C/DtC
  • Significant experience in CRM and Marketing analytics preferred
  • Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer campaign management and email marketing tools (Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, etc.) and techniques
  • Proven ability to develop and manage people
  • Advanced SQL querying skills required (5+ years)
  • Programming language skills (R, Python, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) a plus
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) a plus
 
Our well known and respected global client is looking to hire a Sr. CX Analytics Specialist to provide insight and drive business decisions based on online behavioral tracking and, where necessary, the inclusion of offline data, working closely with business teams to identify and explore opportunities to cross-sell services and support new client acquisitions.  The ideal candidate will be able to lead  junior business data analysts that use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area for improvement.  This is an exciting new hands-on role that will cover a wide range of analytics responsibilities to help drive iterative product and experience enhancements for B2B, B2C and DtC platforms.
