Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (preferably with a financial background)
2+ years of experience in a customer facing role
Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
Strong knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Our technology client, is looking for a strong Project Coordinator to help manage projects from inception through delivery. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
Serve as the main day to day contact for clients and internal stakeholders with regards to all areas that could include scheduling, invoicing, and project service delivery
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any communications, expectations, and contract updates
Facilitate critical communications to coordinate with product owners, sales executives, and clients
Meet regularly with cross-functional team members to discuss progress on certain projects and provide suggestions on improvement to current processes
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
Generate progress reports for clients and management as needed
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
