Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (preferably with a financial background)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously 
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Our technology client, is looking for a strong Project Coordinator to help manage projects from inception through delivery. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main day to day contact for clients and internal stakeholders with regards to all areas that could include scheduling, invoicing, and project service delivery
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any communications, expectations, and contract updates
  • Facilitate critical communications to coordinate with product owners, sales executives, and clients
  • Meet regularly with cross-functional team members to discuss progress on certain projects and provide suggestions on improvement to current processes
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Generate progress reports for clients and management as needed
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
