Sr. Compensation Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
  • 5+ years of related experience required including experience with international exposure
  • Strong background in equity compensation and total rewards experience is required
  • Good background comprehending statutory regulations and internal and external business trends affecting compensation and total reward packages
  • Ability to handle confidential information and materials in an appropriate manner and in accordance with organizational policy
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management, and/or public groups
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous work or proficiency with ERP/HRIS, Workday preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel to create and work with advanced formulas and pivot tables

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong analysis on a variety of projects including incentive pay administration and design, annual equity and incentive program revision
  • Provide benchmark analysis with external market data on jobs for ensuring competitive compensation packages, including equity for each position
  • Deliver all aspects of various Incentive plans including the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
  • Ensure strong data management, recording and resolution of employee queries related to equity plans and other compensation matters
  • Maintain integrity of all files and electronic databases related to equity administration
  • Work collaboratively with other departments such as Finance and Accounting
  • Drive efforts to grow and scale the LTIP equity administration function through automation and process improvement
  • Maintain and develop educational materials, resources
  • Act as the primary contact for shareholder inquiries
  • Work with HR Management team to coordinate and facilitate annual merit compensation process
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal and state legislation and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies
  • Prepare and present summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information for business review and action
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance with agencies
