Sr. Benefits Manager
Location: Dallas, TX

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
  • 5+ years of related benefits and payroll experience required
  • General knowledge of employment laws affecting employee pay and benefits
  • Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems
  • High ethical standards and integrity, ability to use discretion to handle confidential information
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management, and/or public groups
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Be company liaison with HR and employees to answer any benefits questions, resolve problems, process new forms, changes, termination of coverages (COBRA), disability benefits etc.
  • Conduct benefit orientations with new employees and coordinate processing for new enrollments
  • Manage benefits administration and reporting
  • Assist with payroll functions as they relate to benefits processing
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and Payroll records of employee compensation and benefits
  • Facilitate compliance with federal, state, and local agency regulations related to employee benefits
  • Monitor payroll systems and conduct periodic audits of system to ensure compliance
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures compliance with agencies legislation regarding employment and employee matters
