College or University degree in computer science or a related field
5+ years of experience in a variety of technology disciplines
In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Experience working and delivering applications in SAFe
At least 3 years of Product Ownership experience for significant complex projects (hosting agile product backlog creation, refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning)
3-5 years of experience creating user stories and customer acceptance criteria to allow rapid developer understanding, effort sizing, and implementation

The Product Owner will be part of the Agile team responsible for defining Stories, and prioritizing team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team. The ideal candidate will be looked upon to maximize the value produced by the team and ensuring the Stories meet the user’s needs.
Collaborate with Product Management, Customers, Business Owners, and other stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
Define the vision for the team’s product
Create a product road map based on this vision
Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on changing requirements
Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development
Develop user stories
Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
Work with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
