Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business/Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Continuing education in a Marketing, Business or Analytics related field strongly preferred
  • 4+ years of BI/analytics implementation
  • 3+ years of experience working with HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • 3+ years of experience working in Database development, Data modeling, ETL processes
  • Advanced SQL querying skills required
  • Programming language skills (R, Python, etc.)
  • Good understanding of APIs, data ingestion and harmonization
  • Must have experience working with the Salesforce Datorama Platform
  • Ability to discover, analyze and clearly communicate data insights for action
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills to service a global environment
  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) a plus
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) a plus

Our well known and respected global client is looking to hire a Sr. Digital Media Specialist to provide insight and drive business decisions based on online behavioral tracking and, where necessary, the inclusion of offline data, working closely with the marketing group by storing, analyzing and optimizing media data.

This is an exciting new hands-on role that will cover a wide range of analytics responsibilities to help drive increased customer engagement.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the business stakeholders for media analytics requirements gathering
  • Partner with development teams to ensure implementation standards are followed, including ensuring exports are consistent
  • Design and manage the successful delivery of Datorama solutions and technologies
  • Support all analysis and reporting
  • Translate complex data into easy-to-understand information
  • Act as an internal expert on Datorama platform and digital media data
  • Assist with QA effort of implementations
  • Develop, audit, and test campaigns to optimize KPls
  • Troubleshoot issues with data cleanliness, data feeds, and other Datorama outputs
  • Good project management capabilities to keep projects on track, remove obstacles, identify risks and troubleshoot challenges
  • Communicate insights across various levels of the organization
