Our client, a leader in Healthcare IT Solutions is growing their national presence. A relatively young company with already over 150 employees globally, they are expanding again and looking to add a team of Benefits Specialists and Benefits Business Analysts to their US team.
The ideal candidates have worked in HR or Benefits and touched on the areas of ACA, ERISA, employee related health plans and pharmacy authorizations.  The candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a compliance area with the ability to provide general employee benefits advice. The new benefits specialist and analyst team members will work with the sales, legal and the technical team to devise proposals for clients. This may include data validation, data extracts, conducting focused analyses, and developing reports or areas of enhancement.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline with strong academic credentials
  • 2+ years of experience in employee benefits and human resources
  • Ability to gather, interpret and manipulate data to assist with presentations
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact with clients
  • Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and possess exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Has excellent communication abilities and strong writing skills
  • Must be creative in working with clients, attorneys, and in-house executive team
