Our client is in need of an Junior nCino Developer/Administrator to support their Texas North Dallas team.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, OR equivalent work experience
- 3-4 years working in an IT application support environment with Salesforce
- At least 1 year of experience with nCino or other Digital Banking Platform experience is a must
- Some experience with flowcharting techniques, developing roadmaps, architecture implementation of collaboration tools
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and team oriented
- Salesforce Administration Certification is preferable, but not necessary
- Ability to navigate and work effectively across a complex, geographically dispersed organizations
DAILY DUTIES
- Act as liaison for technology and business areas
- Participate in launch and integrations with the Salesforce platform
- Work with CRM applications and loan life cycle within the Salesforce platform and nCino's managed packages
- Open and resolve issues with nCino support teams
- Provide technical assistance to the user community as necessary
- Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements
- Uncover performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize application to improve end-user experience
- Assist with detailed application roadmap plans, feature details, and technical dependencies with the business
- Assist with Salesforce application training for internal IT support staff as necessary
