IAM Implementation Business Analyst
Location: Remote, USA (must live in the USA)

As the IAM Implementation Business Analyst, you will be the mastermind behind ensuring the Identity and Access Management systems align seamlessly with the organization’s strategic vision. You’ll dive deep into the intricacies of their business needs, crafting solutions that not only enhance operational efficiency but also drive innovation.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
  • 7 years documenting business and functional requirements across multiple projects
  • 5 years in functional testing, reviewing test plans, and supporting users through the testing process
  • MUST HAVE at least 4+ years in Identity Management implementations, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • At least 4 years preparing project management artifacts within defined frameworks
  • Ability to organize and lead stakeholder meetings, capturing insights from all levels of the organization
  • Excellent background defining and engineering business processes to optimize operations
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio to create compelling presentations and thorough documentation.
**Bonus Points: Experience with SailPoint IQ and OKTA integrations, and familiarity with Texas State Agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of business systems, understanding user needs to recommend impactful improvements.
  • Develop systems that echo our overarching business strategies, turning abstract ideas into actionable plans.
  • Utilize your expertise in business process mapping to redefine workflows, making technology work harder and smarter
  • Prepare detailed solution options and risk assessments, and conduct financial analyses like cost/benefit and ROI, ensuring informed decisions are made
  • Write clear and concise descriptions of user needs and program functions, laying the groundwork for successful development and modifications
  • Collaborate closely with IT to manage IAM operations and gather integration requirements for migrating HHS applications to IAMOnline.
