Our client, a leader in database release automation enabling DevOps teams around the globe to accelerate the software delivery process by automating database updates, is seeking a SaaS Sales Manager to hire and lead a team of sales development representatives. Bring your experience with lead generation and managing sales success metrics including outbound calls, opportunity identification, pipeline management and closing deals. What You Bring:
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best industry practices
Extensive sales experience in a SaaS/Subscription based software, preferably to a DevOps audience
3+ years of experience managing people and leading a sales team
Experience setting sales goals and quotas while measuring for effectiveness
Outgoing, creative, self-starter, team player
What You’ll Do:
Hire and lead a team of highly qualified sales development representatives to deliver qualified leads and fill the sales pipeline
Compile a strong onboarding and sales training program including creating sales plays, writing call scripts, and coaching reps
Provide management with forecasts for sales goals
Ensure team is meeting and exceeding sales objectives
Measure and monitor sales team success rates, KPIs, and customer satisfaction levels
Collaborate with Marketing team on key initiatives including demand generation programs and customer acquisition strategies
