Senior Product Manager
Location:  Austin, Texas – Hybrid (must be local to Austin, TX)


Our client is innovating in a space that is ripe for disruption!  Although one of the newest players in the industry, they have emerged as a leader in the Insurance technology sector by reimagining how coverage is designed, distributed, and supported. You will own the development and lifecycle of key Insurance products by working closely with the engineering team and ensuring they meet customer needs and align with the company’s strategic goal of creating products that move faster, cost less, and deliver better outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (insurance or fintech experience a plus).
  • A proven ability to balance technical depth with customer-centric simplicity.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with comfort using data to guide decisions and evaluate results.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities without losing focus on outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory considerations in financial or insurance products preferred.
  • A track record of building products from early concept through scale.
  • Someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and moves with urgency.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead product discovery efforts, spending meaningful time with customers to uncover needs and pain points.
  • Translate research, feedback, and data into clear product strategies, feature sets, and go-to-market plans.
  • Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: from defining concepts to launching new offerings and refining them post-release.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and clarity on priorities.
  • Build detailed product roadmaps that balance speed, innovation, and quality.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and use insights to drive iterations and improvements.
  • Serve as the voice of the product internally and externally, bringing clarity on what we’re building and why it matters.
