Salesforce Developer
Contract Opportunity: 6-18 months
Location: Austin, TX

Our client, is in need of a Sr. Salesforce Developer for a long-term project in Austin, TX.

  • BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field
  • Salesforce Developer Certification
  • At least 8 years of experience working in Software Development for Enterprise Systems
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce development and implementation
  • Strong experience building custom APEX and Visualforce solutions
  • At least 2 years of experience working with project teams utilizing Agile project management principles/methodology
The Contractor will be on-site to perform advanced hands-on experience programming applications and web-services based on the industry’s leading open source platforms and cloud-based technologies. The development team follows Agile (Scrum) and supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required.

Project involves:
  • Plan, design, develop, modify and text enhancements to systems
  • Analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs
  • Develop data conversion and system implementation plans
  • Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation
  • Design a new database schemas
  • Follow security framework, architecture, and high-level design similar to the other newer applications developed using Salesforce framework etc.
