We’re seeking an experienced Integration Operations and Delivery Manager to lead a large team focused on data movement and integration across mission-critical business systems. This role oversees a global team responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and operating integration solutions that connect internal systems with external partners. These solutions ensure secure, efficient data transfer between the client’s applications, data stores, and external entities.
The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in integration technologies and enterprise systems with consulting experience from a top firm such as Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, or EY. This blend of technical knowledge and consulting discipline will drive strategic alignment, enhance team performance, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. This high-profile role requires strategic leadership, technical oversight, and operational management to keep integration platforms reliable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of overall technology experience
5+ years of management or supervisory experience leading technology teams in enterprise environments
Proven experience with data integration technologies (middleware, ETL, B2B gateways, EDI, or file transfer)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to lead large, cross-functional, and global teams
Experience in Agile environments (Kanban, Scrum, sprints)
Background in project management and operational support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Technically conversant in integration protocols, ports, and frameworks
Familiarity with DevOps concepts, automation, and data pipeline management
Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
Proven ability to coordinate vendor engagements and manage licensing and budget controls
Preferred: Experience with a Big 5 or major consulting firm (e.g., Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, or EY)
Key Responsibilities
Lead operations and delivery of integration platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and alignment with organizational strategy
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions across middleware, ETL, B2B, File Transfer, and API Management technologies
Manage a large hybrid and global team, approximately 20 onsite (U.S.) and 40 offshore, providing leadership and guidance to team leads and specialists
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver integration solutions supporting enterprise systems
Prioritize project demand and operational support while ensuring adequate resourcing and vendor engagement
Manage production operations, monitor logs, resolve exceptions, and maintain stable transaction processing
Partner with architects and project managers to align integration projects with enterprise roadmaps
Work with Commercial Governance to manage vendor licensing, renewals, and cost controls
Track key performance metrics for system reliability and team productivity
Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay current with emerging integration technologies and best practices
