Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a Project Manager leading multi-stakeholder software rollouts.
- 8 years of experience managing or working on software application teams using SDLC, PMLC, and Agile Scrum.
- 5 years of progressive experience in information systems, system integration, and project delivery.
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager using the Texas Project Delivery Framework.
- 4 years of experience with major Information Resources Projects.
- 1 year of experience with Automated Nutrition Systems.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS) development and transition, including software development, data migration, reporting, training, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, deliverables, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project activities to ensure deliverables meet established quality, scope, and schedule expectations.
- Manage scope and change control processes, ensuring all changes are documented and communicated.
- Lead project teams, assign tasks, and coordinate activities to promote accountability and timely delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing issue resolution and escalation as needed.
- Ensure adherence to established project management frameworks, standards, and policies.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Support the development of evaluation criteria for project performance and deliverables.
