Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Public Health, or related field
- 8+ years of experience analyzing, synthesizing, and transforming data into actionable business insights
- 8+ years producing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using modern analytics tools
- 8+ years developing data models, mapping requirements, and identifying operational efficiencies
- Proven ability to analyze data standards and evaluate their impact on systems and business processes
- Experience building metadata, data tables, and user-friendly reporting structures
- Ability to work with minimal oversight and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Preferred experience supporting state or federal government programs, public sector environments, or public health initiatives
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess high-priority initiatives and special projects
- Perform advanced analysis to uncover trends, insights, risks, and opportunities
- Responsible for defining requirements, documenting standards, and recommending solutions
- Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to drive operational and strategic outcomes
- Facilitate discussions with business and technical leaders to align on data needs and priorities
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools using innovative methods
- Create data models, documentation, and structured reporting frameworks to support decision-making
- Provide expert guidance and data-driven recommendations directly to organizational leadership
