Telecom Sales Account Manager
Position: Permanent role

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Previous experience in high-tech sales/sales support
  • Proven track record in meeting bookings and revenues sales quotas
  • Commercial negotiation experience with end-users
  • Ability to work with legal team in drafting/reviewing agreements and contracts
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced global company
  • May be required to travel occasionally for client facing meetings

Daily Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate with Sales teams, driving the management of current accounts to ensure on-time contract renewals and assist with any upselling of products
  • Assist sales team with accurate tracking against bookings
  • Work with sales team to forecast ongoing reporting of maintenance opportunities
  • Issue timely advance renewal notifications to customers and facilitate governance of expired renewals.
  • Bid Preparation - includes interface with Services & Procurement teams for 3rd parties, support cost analysis, support scope & SLA, pricing tools &  bid approval workbook.
  • Proposal Offer - Preparation of commercial quotations and submission to customers.
  • Interface with Legal & Finance for review and approval of new maintenance contracts, payment term & associated T&Cs.
  • Attend conference calls and F2F meetings as required for maintenance renewal price negotiations with customers.
