Content Marketing Manager

Our client is a well-established and growing High Tech global company. We are in need of a Content Marketing Manager that can be located anywhere in the US. The candidate will be responsible for creating unified and seamless campaigns that pull together all areas of the marketing department around one key business area or objective.
The ideal candidate will have responsibility for developing and executing integrated campaigns with the ability to write blogs, white papers and other thought leadership pieces. Through strategic thinking, robust data-driven customer insight, and operational excellence, the incumbent will be looked at to maximize the scale and efficiency of customer engagement in the digital space while creating winning content. The chosen candidate will work closely with other marketing and communication teams especially customer marketing, events, and external communications teams, to ensure key launches and programs are supported digitally.

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, product marketing in global technology
Experience in writing materials for the web and B2B
Experience developing holistic marketing content integrating elements of sponsorship, experiential marketing, social media, content production, and customer engagement
Excellent experience working with executives and Product Management in the development, creation, and marketing of new corporate strategies and partnerships
Strong analytical ability to deliver custom research and insights based on interviews with SMEs
Strong Project Management experience
Must have an entrepreneurial spirit with a high degree of self-discipline
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage/execute multiple ongoing projects
Ability to work with global team members in marketing campaign-related activities
Previous experience in a high-tech, global technology environment is a MUST
Must have good multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Outstanding thoroughness, attention to detail, and accuracy in work product is extremely important
Superior written and oral communication skills are mandatory for this role
Expert in PowerPoint, Excel and Word and the Microsoft Office suite
Daily Duties:
Build and execute successful content as it relates to blogs, whitepapers and other thought leadership pieces
Develop plans, digital and traditional assets, and content to enable sales efforts
Work alongside the entire marketing team to create compelling content in all areas of the company’s focus
Determine what content is in the pipeline and which content we can repurpose to build out a multi-channel, multi-team campaign
Promote and maintain positive public image of the company
Analyze effectiveness of content based on monthly/quarterly reporting
